I was wondering why you've done this: writer.WriteLine(NonInvestmentAccountFields.Date + item.Date.ToString(Resources.DateFormat)); in BankLogic
Problem is you have a import which uses the current culture date settings but an export which uses a fixed one so on my system with international date format (dd/mm/yy) the reimport fails(until I change the resource of course)

I just posted a build that should address this issue. I modified my local date format to match yours, and I was able to import and export in repeated cycles without losing information. Please let me know if I missed anything else, and thanks so much for identifying the problem--I was in a rush to get this out and forgot about globalization. :)

Thanks for sorting it out. I just downloaded the qif project with cpc and ran it through my little test app and seems all good, just one small thing, the directory structure still has QifExport in it: 'Trunk\Source\QifExport\QifApi'
but as far as my QIF needs go this project now does all I need. :-)
