Documentation file -- cannot display properly

I've downloaded the "Documentation.chm" file and when I open it, the pane on the right side of the window is blank. The left side pane shows the documentation topics.

I'm using a Windows 7 PC. The .chm file is being opened via the "hh.exe" program (Microsoft Windows).

What do I need to do to properly open the .chm file? Appreciate any advice...

Here are some things you can try. Not knowing the specifics of what is going on, this is the best I can recommend.

1) When you open the file, if you are prompted to continue opening the file and the prompt dialog has a checked checkbox that says "Always ask when opening this file", (or something similar) then uncheck the checkbox and continue opening the file.

2) Try re-registering the related support files. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges and run the following commands (all files should be present in %windir%\system32 directory:
regsvr32 hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 itss.dll
regsvr32 itircl.dll

3) Ensure the file is being opened on a local physical drive (not a network drive with a mapped driver letter).
