Supporting currency symbol in decimal value

I haven't used SVN for a long time so I couldn't create a patch for review but simply if we change the line 52 in Common.cs to this:
if (decimal.TryParse(value, NumberStyles.Currency, null, out result) == false)
Code will support values like this "-£97.2", rather than just this "-97.2". I've come across this issue in my project.

I do not believe a currency symbol is supported by the specification, and as such this method doesn't specify the currency style for TryParse(). If you believe I'm mistaken, feel free to correct me by appropriate supporting arguments (e.g., a link or reference to specification).
